How we protect your child's privacy

The short version

• We do not collect personal information from children: no names, emails, photos, voices, locations or device ids.
• There are no accounts, no ads, no chat and no tracking companies on this site or in Powell Play Kids games.
• Grown-ups can contact us any time at hello@powellplay.com.

What this site handles

kids.powellplay.com shows pictures and links to our kids games. It uses no cookies and no analytics. Like every website, our server receives your device's internet address to send the page. We use it only to deliver the site and keep it secure, and server logs are deleted within 14 days. The grown-ups check is remembered for 10 minutes in your browser tab only, and it is never sent to us.

What our kids games handle

Each Powell Play Kids game follows the Powell Play Kids standard:

• A child's progress and any profile (a picked avatar and nickname) stay on your device.
• A game's server may count plays without cookies or ids, so we know how many times a game is played, not who played it.
• Purchases are made by a grown-up. The payment company (Stripe on the web, Google Play in apps) handles the payment and sends the receipt to the grown-up. We keep the purchase record for tax and refunds.

Each game's own privacy page, linked from its Grown-Ups section, lists anything specific to that game.

Sharing

We do not sell or share children's information, and we have none to share. We do not allow advertising or tracking companies in Powell Play Kids.

How long we keep things, and security

Server logs: up to 14 days. Purchase records (grown-ups): as long as tax law requires. We keep a written data retention policy and a written security program, and only the people who run Powell Play can reach our servers, using passkeys.

Your choices as a parent or carer

You can delete your child's progress at any time in a game's Grown-Ups area, or by clearing the game's data in your browser or app settings. If you believe we hold any information about your child, email hello@powellplay.com and we will review it with you and delete it.
